Japan nap
A typical morning high school schedule in Fukuoka, Japan:
9:00 Maths - 10:00 History - 11:00 Japanese - 12:00 SLEEP
According to an article recently published in the newspaper "Birmingham News" (Birmingham, Alabama, not Birmingham, West Midlands), a high school headmaster encourages his students to take a nap at lunch time. This is so successful in getting the students focused for the afternoon classes that the corporate world is following the trend: big companies such as Toyota are encouraging their employees to take naps to perform better. If you want to read the article, you can click here.
The underlying idea behind all this is that sleep enhances your mental agility. Whether it's just a power nap to recharge your batteries, or a full night's sleep, good sleep will:
- Help you stay focused
- Be at 100% of your potential at work
- Give you increased energy to perform
A good bed will help you get the good sleep you need. With the sales that we do all year long, it's become affordable to everyone to get a good night's sleep.
Enjoy visiting our website bedeezee.co.uk or call us at 08000 12 20 20 if you want advice on how to choose a comfortable bed.

Everybody needs some sleep, don't we?
Here is a funny news story read on an American media website:
A police officer was caught sleeping on the job in his car by an amateur video camera. Chief officer Christopher Deasy stated that: "The police officer was just a little run-down". I think we would all be if we had to work double shifts and then start off duty work.
But how about you readers? Have you ever fallen asleep at work? Any good story you could share?

How is it possible?
We are astonished by what we read in the paper this morning...
I'm sure you've all read it and must feel the same. Apparently, because of the crowd being too loud, the players of the English team didn't get a good night's sleep.
According to reliable sources, fans yelling out the names of David Beckham, Paul Robinson, Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole kept the whole team awake for a good part of the night. Some journalists have expressed concerns that this may reflect on their performance at the game tonight.
Of course it would impair their performance if this information is true! Everybody needs sound sleep in order to be energetic during the day. Let us hope fans will do some thinking and stop this nonsense.
Come on ENGLAND !

Our apologies
It's good to talk about things when they go right- It’s also good to acknowledge them when they go wrong.
We would like to express our deepest apologies to our customers who were supposed to be delivered last Saturday and yesterday (Monday). On Friday, a mistake happened with our carrier company: all the beds and mattresses that left went to a truck for three-day service, rather than next day.
After that mistake was made, the earliest we could deliver all the beds was Tuesday. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this mistake has caused and we wish our customers excellent nights to come.
