Another happy customer!

medium_smiley-kippas.jpgWho says that one only hears about disatisfied customers and that the happy ones never drop you a line or a call? We have just received a testimonial by email from a London customer who took advantage of our 2-hour delivery time-slot. Her words speak better than mine:

Dear Julien

I just wanted to drop you a quick mail to say thanks for all the help you gave me with my order. From ordering to delivery the whole process was a pleasure.

You provide real service, which is so rare nowadays. Your delivery service was also first rate - please pass on my thanks to the men who delivered the bed. Who nowadays can provide a 2 hour delivery slot and stick to it?

Anyway, I have recommended you to my friend Dan who is moving next weekend and needs a new bed.  I have given him your details so he will probably ring you direct. Thanks again. I will certainly be telling any of my friends who need a new bed to contact you and use you again myself in the future.
