How to keep allergies away from your bedroom?
A study published on line in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology gives has identified the main causes for the presence of allergens (the substance that gives you allergy reactions) in your bedroom. These are:
- an older mattress
- a limited ventilation of the bedroom
- a lower floor level bedroom
If you suffer from allergy, we recommend you to stay away from mattresses with natural fillings and focus on mattresses with synthetic fillings. The combination of pocketed springs and visco fillings works really in avoiding allergies, so why not look.

For the ventilation of your bedroom, make sure that you open your windows between the moment you wake up and the moment you leave your home. In the evening, if the weather allows, open the windows for an hour before you go to sleep.
